Lumières d’Histoire is a non-profit organization, created in 2024, with the aim of democratizing and organizing cultural and historical outings for disadvantaged audiences and those distant from culture.

Established for audiences distant from history, heritage, and local culture, the non-profit organization Lumières d’Histoire operates in the Normandy region.
Lumières d’Histoire develops numerous partnerships with local organizations to promote multi-generational exchanges among disadvantaged audiences. Through various free cultural events, historical cultural visits, and thematic conferences, Lumières d’Histoire builds long-term relationships to finance these actions with social actors in the region.
Thanks to concrete impact measures, including free tickets in Normandy museums and cultural venues, as well as the presence of specialized mediators and educators, and logistical support provided by the association, the objective is to welcome audiences distant from culture in the best possible conditions: medical establishments (CHU Rouen), individuals in carceral situations, students from priority neighborhoods (QPV) and Rep+ (Priority Education Network), elderly people in nursing homes (EHPAD).
