Nota Bene shares this passion for history and making it accessible to all. He launched his YouTube channel in 2014 and now breaks down major historical events each week, showing how history still resonates today. In partnership with Cités Immersives, he creates exclusive short videos that are seamlessly integrated throughout the experiences.

 

A wide range of topics are made accessible to visitors — from Viking mythology and the life of Jean de La Fontaine to William the Conqueror’s legacy.

Ateliers BK

A creative studio specialising in immersive experiences, Ateliers BK designed the video projection for the Hall of Dreams.

The studio specialises in monumental video shows, light trails and immersive experiences. From the Louvre Abu Dhabi and Expo 2020 to the Fête des Lumières in Lyon, Mont Saint-Michel and even the Arc de Triomphe during the 2024 Olympic ceremonies, the studio is recognised as one of the world’s leading experts in immersive spectacles.

 

For Cités Immersives, Ateliers BK creates the 360° video projection for the Hall of Dreams: visitors are taken on a luminous, dreamlike journey through a key period in history. Together, the Ateliers BK and Cités Immersives teams have developed four chapters of around 25 minutes, offering a full-room visual immersion — from floor to ceiling.

An artistic partner for the Jarl’s Tent: a unique visual experience

The renowned French video game company has developed a unique educational video feature, presented in the Camp Room of the Cité Immersive Viking in Rouen.

 

Created using content from the games Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Discovery Tour: Viking Age, this multimedia installation offers a playful and engaging way to learn about Viking life — from Scandinavian longhouses and shipyards to Norse mythology and the Siege of Paris.

A virtuoso duo blending sounds, voices and eras

Bon Entendeur is a renowned French electro duo founded in 2012 by Arnaud Bonet.

 

Their collaboration with Cités Immersives comes to life in the Hall of Dreams, where their original compositions and soundscapes are brought to the walls through video projection — a visual journey echoing their signature mixtapes layered with the voices of iconic personalities.
